Payment can be made by pre-paid check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover). All payments are processed at the time of shipment. Please inquire if you’re interested in being approved for Net 30 terms (existing customers only). Outstanding payments due will incur a fee of 10% per month on the account’s balance.
Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 days, however turnaround times may vary. Please contact us regarding your expected delivery date.

All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice.

Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Sea Urchin Studio is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our studio in Connecticut.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please contact us at 203.403.3995 for a return authorization number. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Returns without an authorization number will not be processed. Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back-ordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.
We’re delighted to offer products that use eco-friendly materials and are made in the USA. We print on heavyweight cover paper that maintains the highest environmentally friendly rating for paper (FSC-certified), and are produced using renewable energy. Please refer to the product page in our catalog for specific details on sizes and papers.
DISPLAY & PACKAGING
All our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets must be sold in complete sets as provided, and not separated into individual units. We appreciate your attention, care and compliance to this requirement. If you have any questions, please contact us.
