Standard Delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for most orders over $75 and flat rate of $6.00 for orders $74.99 and under. All items that are in-stock ship via USPS within 1-3 business days and should arrive within three to ten business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Customized items, or items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Free shipping promotions is not available for some oversize items or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
3-Day Rush Delivery
We offer 3 day rush delivery for a flat rate of $15.If we receive your order by 12 pm EST M-F, it usually ships that day. Orders received after 12 pm EST usually ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a U.S. national holiday will ship the next business day regardless of shipping method. 3 Day Rush Delivery is not available for some oversize items or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Overnight Delivery/Saturday Delivery
If you require either overnight or Saturday delivery for your order please contact us directly by email at sales@seaurchinstudio.com with a list of items you wish to purchase. We can verify if the item or items are all available for overnight or Saturday delivery as well as quote shipping charges for the order.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO/APO
We use only USPS to ship to these destinations. If your order weighs more than 2 lbs, a surcharge will be applied to the order and we'll contact you with the exact shipping charges. You'll be asked to approve the charges BEFORE the order is shipped. Please provide us with complete contact information during checkout, as we'll have to cancel your order if we need follow-up approval and don't hear from you within 48 hours. Please, note express service is not available for these destination.
International Shipping
International orders ship by USPS. Sea Urchin Studio is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note - transit times may vary due to customs delays.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
A separate order should be created for each shipping address, and a per-shipment fee will be charged for each shipping address.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
Sales Tax
Sea Urchin Studio L.L.C operates in Connecticut and is required to collect 6.35% sales tax on some items for orders shipped to a Connecticut address. Products shipped to addresses outside of Connecticut will not be charged sales tax.
