If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept your returns within 30 days after you receive the item.
Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

* Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition,and in original packaging.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable.
* Refund will be made in the form of the original payment.
* For free shipping offers, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
* Personalized items and custom made items are not refundable or exchangeable.
* Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any defects.
* All sales become final 30 days after you receive the item(s).
* Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

We will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. 
Therefore we highly recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation) to ensure receipt of your return. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns.

We will notify you via email when your return is processed and your refund issued. It typically takes one to two weeks to process a return and issue a refund once we receive your item(s).
